The Secession website is hosted by Host Europe (Host Europe GmbH, Hansestrasse 111, D-51149 Cologne). The server logfiles gather access data pertaining to the Secession website including visitor IP addresses, time of access, information regarding the browser used, name of the accessed files, and the website which directed you to our site. Visitor IP addresses are saved anonymously, meaning it is impossible to draw any conclusions relating to the visitor.

No data other than that required for purposes of contract processing are stored. The data you provide are required to execute the contract or for precontractual measures. Without this data we cannot conclude a contract with you. Your data is not transmitted to third parties with the exception of the transmission of credit card details to the transacting banking institution and payment services provider for the purposes of debiting the purchase price, to the shipping firm commissioned by us to deliver the product, as well as our tax accountant in order to fulfill our tax obligations. Should the purchasing process be terminated, all data collected by us are deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data relating to the contractual relationship are stored for seven years until the mandatory retention period for tax purposes has passed.
Data relating to name, address, products purchased, and purchase date are also stored until the product liability period has expired (ten years). Donations are tax deductible in accordance with § 4a Abs. 2 Z 5 EStG 1988. Data collection for purposes of reporting the donations and transmission of said data to tax authorities, we collect the donor’s name, address, and date of birth and transmit these to the tax authorities.
