The artist, who was born in 1956, continues a project called "weiter"
("further") that was begun in 1960 in the Graphic Cabinet.
This long-term project has already been presented to the public in the form of
a large-scale projection of the wall newspaper ìmuseum in progressî,
in an edition of the daily newspaper "Der Standard", in the catalogue
of "Ars Electronica", as a large-scale poster on the City Hall in Graz
as part of the "steirischer herbst", in an advertisement in "Texte
zur Kunst" and in a number of lectures on aesthetic theory. The continuation
of Susanna Morgensternís "weiter" project in the Vienna Secession
will also represents its first presentation in a gallery and the first exhibition
to feature a sound installation.
